Youth Programs Overview
Our youth programs are designed for ages 5–18, giving kids the chance to discover new passions, step away from screens and build skills that last a lifetime. Through our immersive summer camps and leadership opportunities, participants learn by doing, connect with peers and grow into confident leaders.
Welcome to Youth Programming
Participation in our youth programs provides young people with the opportunity to learn and practice a variety of different skills that we believe hold value for our communities. Our goal is for participants to learn leadership skills, social responsibility, cooperative principles, resilience and consensus-building and team problem-solving skills.

We are proud to stand alongside 4-H and FFA in our shared commitment to preparing the next generation for leadership in agriculture and rural life. Through long-standing collaborations, sponsorships and event partnerships, we help provide youth with recognition, scholarships and hands-on learning opportunities.
