David Lindig of Otter Tail County raises cattle and sells beef direct-to-consumer. He also grows and sells vegetables. His land borders the Otter Tail River and he has 25 acres in a Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) contract. He has used the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) to build fencing, put up a a greenhouse and install water lines.
