Overnight Leadership Camps
Farmers Union Youth Leadership Camps are all about helping young people become good citizens by planting the seeds of responsibility, leadership and cooperation in an environment where those qualities can grow and flourish.
About Leadership Camp
Explore
At camp, exploration means stepping beyond comfort zones to try new things in a supportive environment. With every hands-on activity and shared adventure, campers spark curiosity and build the confidence to grow.
Unplug
Camp is a tech-free space where kids trade screens for fresh air, laughter and real connections. With fewer distractions, every game, lesson and conversation is more collaborative.
Cooperate
Leadership begins with learning how to cooperate. By practicing the cooperative model and working together in real-world ways, campers gain the skills to strengthen their communities and shape a future built on collaboration.

2025 Theme Nights
Each year, the Youth Advisory Council showcases their creativity by selecting the camp theme nights. While we always have our campers dress to impress for our Banquet Night on the last evening of camp, the other themes cover a wide variety of costume opportunities.
Camp Staff
Behind every great camp experience is a dedicated team of counselors. Our staff share a passion for helping young people grow into confident leaders, and they are equipped with training in safety, teaching strategies and teamwork. With enthusiasm and care, they bring each lesson and activity to life. For campers, they are trusted mentors and role models; for staff themselves, it’s a chance to build lifelong skills while shaping the next generation.
